Now Suzak residents know: yes, Globus always has low prices!

The retail chain, which is beloved by thousands of Kyrgyz people, is walking across the country with a wide, confident step: today the 57th store of Globus chain opened its doors to the guests and residents of Suzak..

On 16 November the central market of the city was noisy, tasty and crowded – it was Suzak residents who came to the opening of the Globus store. Suzak residents have been long and impatiently waiting for Globus to be opened in their locality. This is the first store of the chain in Suzak, but not the first in the region: it is already the fifth store in Dzhalal-Abad oblast!

Suzak residents, despite the fact that they have a market in the town, travel to neighboring Dzhalal-Abad to shop at Globus. And now we don't need to go anywhere, we are close by, said Kamil Muktarov, the store's director

- Kamil, you have, to put it bluntly, a unique store location.

- I would say twice unique. First, we are located right in the center, which means that it is very convenient for residents to visit us. All the infrastructure is close by: banks, industries, city council, residential areas and more. And secondly, we are not only in the city center, but also in the center of the local market. But we are not afraid of competition with the market!

- Why? Isn't it more usual for people to buy at the market?

- Because the market does not have such favorable promotions and special offers as we do. That's for sure! And with a chain card or a mobile application there are even more bonuses: you can pay for purchases with them, get personalized discounts and favorable offers, as well as participate in drawings of prizes and gifts.

Plus, the locals already know what Globus is all about, and they were really looking forward to our opening.

Long before the store opened its doors, several dozen people came to us every day, and they all had the same question: “When will you open?”. You could tell they were really looking forward to this day.

- This is an Express store, right?

- Specifically, our Globus is of the “Express” and “Bereke” formats, i.e. we do not sell alcohol and pork products. Our Globus Express employs 33 people, all of whom are residents of the Dzhalal-Abad oblast. Globus today is one of the largest store chains in the country. In Kyrgyzstan, it is presented in several formats: hypermarket, supermarket and Express, as well as Bereke, which does not sell alcohol and pork products.

- Kamil, you are quite young: you are only 22 and you are already a store director – this is a serious level of credit from the Umai Group management.

- Yes, this is my first opening as a director. It is very exciting, I am worried, I feel a huge responsibility. But I am very enthusiastic about the process, everything new gives me drive. My working day starts at 08:00. I try to arrive early, because I need to be an example for my colleagues. Every day I tell them about the company's standards, that the customer is our everything, and about the company's values, which are very important to us.

I am very happy that our opening has become a big and bright event for the residents of Suzak.
