Our corporative events are both educational and entertaining. For example, the dialogue club “Baarlashuu” was created for the exchange of experience between managers and  store directors. The project discusses: implementation of new business processes, solving operational issues, working to improve NPS and CSAT indices.

 

The company gives great importance on the physical development of employees. We have a corporate football team, consisting exclusively of company employees.  

Company finances: fees for participation in tournaments, teams uniform, trainer services and field rent.

Also our employees participate in various distance running.

Of course  you can’t live without entertainment. We charge our employees with positivity-themed  team buildings, flash mobs, competitions. We release corporate merchandise  every quarter which  we use as a non-material  motivation.
