The First “Umai Group Kurultai” — is officially behind us!

On November 25, we took a truly meaningful step — for the first time, our team gathered in such a wide circle for the Umai Group Kurultai.

It was a day that reminded us: we are one big team, even if we work in different stores, production sites, or departments.

For a long time, we’ve been looking for a format that would allow us to meet for real: not through screens, not in work chats, but in genuine, live communication. And the Kurultai became exactly that space — open, warm, and truly unifying.

Svetlana Akhmedgalieva’s training on personal effectiveness became the day’s key source of inspiration. Simple, practical, and deeply relatable tools, along with conversations about growth mindset, emotions, habits, and communication — everything that helps us grow stronger every day.

Afterwards, we had team games, laughter, candid conversations, new connections, and genuine moments that bind us far stronger than any work process. We saw in each other not only colleagues, but people with incredible energy, humor, and openness.

This Kurultai reminded us:
