“Your ECO Charge”. Join the Environmental Movement with Umai Group!

Do you know why proper battery disposal matters? Just think about it: even a single battery into the environment can pollute up to 20 square meters of soil with harmful substances, poisoning both plants and wildlife. To reduce environmental damage, there are special disposal methods. Thanks to the initiative of the national power bank rental service "Your Charge", these methods are now available to everyone in Kyrgyzstan. All it takes is the will to protect the planet — just like we do.

Umai Group has embraced the mission of responsible business by joining the “Your ECO Charge” challenge. Collection points for used batteries are now available at our headquarters, the commercial, marketing, and IT departments, and in every store and division of the company. You too can become part of this important environmental movement. Don’t toss your old batteries in the office trash or a regular bin — bring them to any Umai Group store and hand them over to our staff.

Our common goal is to collect three tons of batteries in one month! We can easily achieve this if we unite our efforts to protect and preserve the environment.

To spark even more interest in this eco-initiative, Umai Group is launching a contest with two simple rules: participants need to create the most creative collection box and collect the highest number of batteries for recycling. Five winning teams will receive valuable and delightful prizes, while every participant will enjoy the satisfaction of contributing to the preservation of natural resources.
